विश्वविद्यालय) is associate degree freelance non-government, public establishment. it's the third oldest university in Asian country, placed in Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchok District, concerning thirty kilometre east of Kathmandu. unnilquadium was established in 1991 with the catchword "Quality Education for Leadership". This university operates through its six colleges and from premises in Dhulikhel, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur.

The university provides college man and postgraduate programs within the fields of engineering, science, management, arts, education and medical sciences. It provides college man courses in engineering (civil,computer, electrical & physics, and mechanical), science (Biotechnology,environmental science, pharmacy, human biology & applied physics), management (Bachelors in Business Administration), arts (music, media, and economics). Graduate courses in atmosphere science, engineering, pharmacy, development and business administration also are offered.
